摘要
使用同一催化裂化汽油,分别采用酸碱精制、萃取脱硫、吸附脱硫、氧化萃取脱硫等常规方法进行脱硫研究,考察了不同脱硫方法的脱硫效果。研究结果表明,对于催化裂化汽油,常规脱硫方法达不到较高的脱硫率,并且存在脱硫率与回收率的矛盾,在脱硫率稍高时,回收率太低。本文还考察了几种方法脱硫后汽油中含硫化合物种类的变化。
Using acidic-alkali treatment,extraction desulfurization,adsorption and oxidative extraction methods,different regular desulfurization methods was investigated.The results showed that it was difficult to obtain high desulfurization rate by common technology of desulfurization of FCC gasoline.There was an inconsistency between desulfurization rate and sweet gasoline recovery,when the desulfurization rate increased,the sweet gasoline recovery would decrease.Furthermore,the categories of sulfide in gasoline before and after desulfurization were studied.
