摘要 短时过热是引起水冷壁管爆管的主要因素之一。针对引起水冷壁管短时过热爆管的各个因素进行系统分析,建立以水冷壁管短时过热爆管失效为顶事件的故障树,结合短时过热机理和故障树分析方法,分析导致水冷壁管短时过热爆管的产生因素,得到故障树的各阶最小割集和引起水冷壁管短时过热爆管失效的主要因素,并提出了相应的措施以提高水冷壁管的可靠性。 Short-time overheating is a. main factor resulting in water-cooled wall bursting. Based on systematic analysis on short-time overheating and bursting factors of water-cooled wall, the fault tree taking the short-time overheating and tube bursting as the top event is set up. In addition, combined with the short-time overheating theory and the fault tree analysis method, the minimum cut-set of each order of the fault tree is obtained, and the main factors causing the short-time overheating and tube bursting are found. Relevant measures are also presented in order to improve the reliability of water- cooled wall.
