摘要 针对广东国华粤电台山发电有限公司(以下简称台山电厂)600MW锅炉因燃用神华煤易结渣而造成过热器区域结渣、积灰较严重的现象,提出了在锅炉两侧墙各加装1台长杆蒸汽吹灰器的改进方案。为此,就加装长杆吹灰器的施工方案难点进行了分析,提出了改进意见,并成功实施了改造,这对燃用神华煤的大型锅炉的运行具有较大的指导意义。 The serious slagging of the Shenhua coal fired in 600 MW boilers of Guangdong Guohua Yudean Taishan Power Generation Co,, Ltd. resulted in severe slagging and ash deposition in the reheater region. To solve the problem, it was presented that a long-rod steam soot blower be added respectively on two walls of the boiler. Upon analysis of the difficulty in adding the soot blowers, some improving suggestions were put forward and the units modified successfully, which is of referential value to the operation of large boilers fuelled by Shenhua coal.
