采用文献资料法,以人力资本理论对运动员人力资本因受教育缺失等因素制约出现的异质变化进行了分析。同时指出,以清华大学"一条龙"为代表的中外四种教体结合模式,来规避我国运动员人力资本的负价值积累。

The author uses the method of documentary, analyzing the heterogeneity change of athletes＂ human capital which is due to factors such as education absence through human capital theory, It sets ＂a dragon＂ format from Tsinghua University as the representative example to point out four kinds of mode combination of education and sports, to elude the negative value accumulation of human capital of China＇s athletes＂ professional career.
