关于溢油分散剂效能检测方法的探讨

针对近年来一些国外分散剂代理商对我国分散剂检测方法提出的质疑,对国际上常用的分散剂效能检测方法作一介绍,同时对不同国家检测方法设计和测试结果之间的差异作一比较,对导致差异的原因进行分析,从而可明确进口分散剂只有通过我国国家标准规定检测方法的检测,并获得海事主管部门的认可批准,才能在中国水域使用的原则。

In order to answer questions on Chinese testing method of oil spill dispersant put forward by the agents of abroad products, the typical efficiency testing methods in the world is presented. The difference of experimental design among these methods and consequent testing results, and the reasons for these differences have been discussed. It is definite that the imported oil dispersants only passing the Chinese testing standard and obtaining the approval from the authority, can they be used in water areas dorainated by Chinese government.
