货车计重收费与按车型收费模式转换问题研究

Study on Pattern Transformation of Toll by Weight and Toll by Vehicle Type

公路货车计重收费是对我国收费公路收费模式的改革,它比现行按车型分类的收费方式更具公平性和合理性。截至2007年6月,全国已有四分之三的高速公路实行了货车计重收费,但在制定计重收费方案时,如何将按车型分类收费模式向计重收费模式进行合理转换,仍是一个值得深入研究的问题。

Abstract： The road freight vehicle toll by weight is a charge pattern reformation on charge road in China, it is more fair and rational than the charge way by vehicle type classification. Until June in 2007, the national 3/4 highway has implemented the freight vehicle toll by weight. However, how to transform the charge pattern from toll by vehicle type to toll by weight is still a question which will be worth studying when making the charge plan.
