By improving and systematizing the passage traffic volume prediction method, the components of the perspective traffic volume is proposed from the view of overall prediction ideas. And the forming mechanism of four components is analyzed, providing with a simple and feasible computing approach. It is helpful to correctly predict the traffic volume.
