Research on Several Issues in Making the Policy of Public Security in the Course of Urbanization in Henan Province

河南省城镇化实施中心城市带动战略,对犯罪形势变化将产生深刻的影响。河南省制定治安与刑事政策方面应注意以下问题:全面贯彻执行中央方针政策;积极吸取发达地区成功经验;建立健全新型犯罪防控体系;增大投入力度,提高科技含量;建立富有成效的警务工作机制;做好犯罪防控重点的工作。

The strategic policy of realizing urbanization by the promotion of central cities will be adopted in Henan province, and so the crime there will be affected. Several issues should be paid attention to： the guiding principles of the central authorities should be followed; the experience in the developed areas should be used; new strategy of crime prevention and control should be established; more financial and technological support should be given; efficient police methods should be adopted; focal points should be emphasized.
