商牙纠纷是明清商业纠纷的重要组成部分,其存在类型及解决模式在一定程度上反映了传统国家对于商业社会控制的重要特征。明清牙人对国家赋予的公法职能的行使和滥用是引发诸多商牙纠纷的重要原因。

The disputes between merchants and brokers are composed of the important parts of commercial disputes in the Ming ＆ Qing Dynasties. In a certain sense, its categories and solving modes reflect the characters of the traditional state controlling the commercial society. The Ming and Qing the public powers contribute to many commercial brokers＇ disputes commercial brokers. Dynasties＇ brokers who possessed and abused and it is the main reason of many disputes of commercial brokers.
