摘要
位标器陀螺磁路设计的好坏将直接影响陀螺的跟踪速度等诸多性能。某型号位标器陀螺的磁路在忽略各种漏磁的情况下,可以得到一个接近于最佳工作点的理论值。实际上ANSYS软件对磁路的三维数值仿真表明,该磁路设计并非最佳,工作磁场要比理论值低许多。给出了磁路的一种改进方案,并取得了较好的效果。
The dasign of coordinator gyro magnetic circuit directly affects many performance of the gyro such as tracking velocitY. A magnetic circuit of coordinator gyro can work at its optimal magnetic flux density in theory when all the magnetic flux leakage is ignored. In fact 3-D numerical simulation of magnetic circuit with ANSYS softwwe indicated that the magnetic circuit is not optimal and the working magnetic flux density is a little lower than the theoretic value. A sohition to magnetic circuit improvement is given and is proved efleetive.
