摘要
利用CFD软件Fluent建立了一个气动阀门发声器3D模型,模拟了其内流场分布规律。结果表明,气动阀门与谐振管共同作用,会对发声器内流场的速度和压力分布产生很大影响。模拟结果表明,Fluent对气动发声器内流场模拟结果合理,用于气动发声的设计与优化具有良好的前景。
The CFD software Fluent was used to model a 3 -D intersection model of pneumatic valve generator and the distribution of internal flow field was simulated. The result shows the great combined effect of pneumatic valve and resonance pipe on the distribution of the velocity and pressure of internal flow field. The study also shows that the simulation of Fluent on flow field of pneumatic generator is reasonable and Fluent will be prosperous for aeroacoustic design and optimization.
