摘要
文中研究了时间延迟精度对相位偏差的影响,同时在相控阵声束控制理论以及实验仿真的基础上,分析了时间延迟精度与系统空间和对比度分辨力的关系,给出了在实际系统设计时,需要注意的几个问题。研究结果为国内研制数字相控阵超声检测系统提供了重要的理论依据和参考价值。
The influence of time-delay accuracy on phase deviation was analyzed based on the beam control theory and experimental simulation, the relationship between time-delay accuracy and system resolution on space and contrast was also studied. Several notices about real system design were given. The research results provide important theories and references for domestic development of digital phased array ultrasonic testing system.
