红外焦平面阵列盲元检测与补偿算法研究 被引量:9

摘要 提出了一种基于窗口的"3σ"原则盲元检测方法,该方法有效地克服了图像在受时域噪声和非均匀性影响情况下盲元检测精度低的问题,同时对基于中值滤波的盲元补偿方法进行了改进,进一步提高了盲元的补偿效果。仿真结果表明新的盲元检测方法查找速度快、定位准确,是一种比较利于硬件实现的检测方法。改进的盲元补偿方法好于传统的补偿方法。 A accnrate method of bad pixel detection based on "3σ" principle with window was proposed, which overcomes less bad pixel detection under the condition of time domain noise and non-uniformity. The method of bad pixel compensation based on midualue filter as alaso the bad pixel compensation become more effective. The result of simulation shows locating accuracy and check ratio have been improved and the improved method of bad pixel compensation is better than traditional one.
