尿平均红细胞容积和分布曲线在血尿鉴别诊断中的应用

USE OF URIC AVERAGE RBC VOLUME AND DISTRIBUTED CURVE IN DISTIN GUISHING DIAGNOSIS OF HEMATURTA

对96例血尿患者．应用自动血细胞计数议测定尿中红细胞平均容积和分布曲线，结果显示本法不仅可以定量反映红细胞的形态变化特征，而且方法简便、快速．不受尿中红细胞数量的影响，重复性好，是准确判断血尿来源、鉴别血尿性质的良好方法。

Applying automatic blood celI counter to measure uric average red blood cell (RBC) volume and distributed curve in 96 cases with hematuria, the authors realize that this measurement not only reflect the morphologlc featrues of RBCs, but also is easy and quick to receive results,which are not influenced by the amount of RBC. We further consider that this technique is well to determine the origins of hematuria,distinguish the natrues accruately.
