无源箝位电路在正激变换器中的应用

摘要 正激变换器中漏感对变换器的效率及开关管的尖峰电压影响较大,文中研究了一种简单可靠的无源箝位电路,该电路利用漏感中的能量不仅实现了无损吸收,而且还能够减小输入电流的纹波。 The leakage inductor of forward converter cause a voltage spike and undesirable high-frequency oscillation on the switch, it may significantly affect its efficiency and cost. A simple and reliable passive clamp circuit is analyzed, it not only realizes lossless snubber, but also reduces the input current ripple by utilizing the leakage inductance.
