摘要
文中采用有限单元法,运用ANSYS软件对某发射器座钣三维空间板壳结构进行了整体三维建模,同时运用弹性力学有限元法对座钣建立的有限元模型进行模态分析和瞬态动力学分析,以给出整个座钣的前几阶固有特性、结构应力和变形分布规律以及座钣关键部位的动应力变化历程,对合理布置筋板和减轻座钣重量进一步优化座钣结构提供了理论依据。
This paper sets up a three-dimensional shell model for a particular type of the whole firer's base plate in the software of ANSYS. The same time. the finite element model of base plate is used in making modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis applying the elasticity finite element method(FEM). The paper gives the first several orders natural properties and the structural stress and deformation distribution and changing process of dynamic stress for the key part of base plate in order to provide a theoretical basis for rational arrangement of muscle board and reducing weight and further optimizing the structure of base plate.
