良性前列腺增生患者膀胱镜术前应用硝苯地平32例观察

USING NIFEDIPINE IN 32 CASES WITH BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASTA BEFORE CYSTOSCOPY

对行膀胱镜检查的57例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例。硝苯地平20mg术前5分钟舌下含化。对照组25例，不用任何药物。结果：治疗组在改善自觉症状，降低膀胱充盈压，减少膀胱痉挛次数等方面明显优于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。

The authors randomly divided 57 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia into treated group and control group before cystoscopy. In treated group,all 32 cases had sucked nifedipine 20 mg 5 minutes before cystoscopys, but 25 cases of control had given no medicine. In the result,we had observed the treated group was superior to the control in alleviating symptoms, lowerlng overflowing pressure of bladder, decreasing cystospasmdegrees (P<0.05,P<0.01).
