乙烯在液体苯中的溶解度和体积传质系数的测定 被引量:2

摘要 在温度314~473K、压力0.130~3.641MPa、搅拌转速150r/min的条件下,在机械搅拌高压釜中,测定了乙烯在液体苯中的溶解度(c*)和体积传质系数(kLa)。实验结果表明,c*随压力的升高而增大,随温度的升高而减小;kLa随温度和压力的升高而增大;温度高于343K时,c*与压力的关系基本呈线性。建立了c*和kLa与温度和压力的经验关联式,采用麦夸特方法回归得到经验关联式的参数;c*的计算值与实验值的相对误差基本小于10%,kLa的计算值与实验值的相对误差基本小于3%。 Solubility (c^*) and volumetric mass transfer coefficient (kLa) of ethylene in liquid benzene were measured in an autoclave with stirring speed 150 r/min at 314 -473 K and 0. 130 - 3. 641 MPa. The c^* increases with increase of pressure but decreases with increase of temperature, and kLa increases with increases of pressure and temperature. Relationship obtained between c^* and pressure is linear when temperature is above 343 K. Empirical correlations between c^* and kLa with temperature and pressure were derived. From experimental data, parameters of empirical correlation were regressed by method of Levenberd-Marqyardt. Relative error between calculated value from empirical correlation and experimental value for c^* is about less than 10%. Relative error between calculated value from empirical correlation and experimental value for kLa is less than 3%.
