摘要
通过差热-热重联用、扫描电镜和单幅摄影等实验手段,研究了环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚/高氯酸铵/降温剂燃气发生剂燃烧机理,在AP复合推进剂的多火焰燃烧(BDP)模型基础上,建立了其燃气发生剂燃烧物理模型。认为燃气发生剂燃烧模型中存在四个火焰区,分别为PF焰、AP焰、PJW焰及FF焰,并运用该燃烧物理模型解释了燃烧中特殊现象(如燃速低、易熄火等)产生的原因。
Combustion mechanisms of the PET/AP/JW1 gas generating propellant has been studied by experimental methods of DSC-TG, SEM and single flame photograph etc.. A combustion model of the PET-type gas generating propellant based on the BDP model has been proposed. Four types of flames: PF flame, AP flame, PJWflame and FF flame are considered. Explanation of the special phenomena ( such as low burning rate, easy self-extinguishment etc. ) during the combustion has also been given by using the combustion model.
