摘要 过氧乙酸(Peraceticacid=PAA)为广谱消毒剂,有效浓度为0.2%-0.5%,是国际上认同的消毒复用透析器、透析管最理想的消毒液。由于其遇热不稳定性,本实验应用过氧乙酸试纸(Peracetic-acid-reagentpotencytest)检测PAA消毒液有效浓度,目的是对应用过氧乙酸消毒透析器、透析管有效期提供依据。试验分A、B两组,A组置于22-25℃暗处试验,B组置于2-4℃暗处试验。结果显示A组PAA有效浓度仅维持3天.与B组PAA有效浓度维持日数达14天。因此,消毒复用透析器、透析管均应于2-4℃暗处放置为宜。 Peracetic acid(PAA)is a broad spectrum disinfectant,its efficient concemtration is 0.2 -0.5%. According to the international agreement,it is the most suitable disinfectant for sterilization of the .reuse for dialyzer and dialysis lines.Because of the unstability of PAA to the heat,the study took use of Peracetic acid reagent potency test to evaluate the efficient concerntration of the disinfectant.The objective of the experiment was to provide facts and demonstate the efficient duration of dialyzers and dialysis lines after the sterilization by the PAA.The disinfectants for the experiment were divided by two groups-Group A and Group B.Group A was placed in darkness where the temperature ranged from 22 to 25℃,and Group B was placed also in darkness but the the temperature ranged from 2 to 4℃.The result shows the efficient concerntration of the PAA in experimental Group A can only maintain for 3 days and it can last for 14 days in group B. Therefore,the dialyzer,together with dialysis lines should be better preserved at temperature ranging from 2 to 4℃ in darkness.
