摘要
目的建立一枝黄花抗感颗粒中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸溶液(47∶53∶0.2),流速为1mL/min,温度为30℃,检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.358~3.23μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.56%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好,可用于一枝黄花抗感颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yizhihuanghuakanggan Granule. Methods HPLC was used with C18 column (150 mm x4. 6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase of methanol -water -phosphoric acid (47 : 53 : 0. 2) and the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.358-3.23μg,r=0.9997,the average recovery rate was 99.2%,RSD=l.56%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yizhihuanghuakanggan Granule.
