摘要
目的建立多维元素片中维生素B1和维生素B2含量的测定方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为离子对溶液(己烷磺酸钠1.4g,冰醋酸5mL,三乙胺2mL,用水定容至1000mL)-甲醇(80∶20),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为280nm。结果维生素B1质量浓度在20.03~100.16μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.40%,日内、日间RSD均小于0.83%;维生素B2质量浓度在19.81~99.04μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为97.37%,日内、日间RSD均小于1.77%。结论高效液相色谱法可用于多维元素片的质量控制。
Objective To establish methods for the determination of thiamine and riboflavin in Multivitamins and Elements Tablet. Methods Hypersil ODS2 column (200 mm x 4. 6 mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of ion- pairing reagent (containing 1.4 g 1- hex- anesulfonate,5 mL glacial acetic acid and 2 mL triethylamine per 1 000 mL water) -methanol (80:20) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linear range of thiamine was 20. 03 - 100. 16 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9) and the average recovery rate was 98.40%. The intra-day and inter-day variations were less than 0.83%, The linear range of riboflavin was 19. 81- 99.04 μg/mL (r = 1, 0000) and the average recovery rate was 97.37%, The intra-day and inter-day variations were less than 1.77%. Conclusion The methods can be used for the quality control of thiamine and riboflavin in Multivitamins and Elements Tablet.
