摘要
目的考察及筛选复方甘草口含片的处方和制备工艺。方法以有效成分和口感为考察指标,对辅料进行优选。结果确定了以β-环糊精掩盖特殊恶臭味的复方甘草口含片的处方及工艺。结论确定的复方甘草口含片处方合理,制备工艺可行且能够适应大规模工业生产的要求。
Objective To study the formula and procedure of Compound Glycyrrhiza Buccal Tablet. Methods To optimize excipients by active component and taste as targets. Results β- cyclodextrin was optimized as the flavor rectifier of the buccal tablets. Conclusion The prescription and preparation technics of Compound Glycyrrhiza Buccal Tablet is reasonable,which can be adaptive to the requirement of industry.
