前肩峰成形术治疗肩部撞击征38例报告

Anterior acromion plasty for impingement syndrome of the shoulder: a report of 38 cases

目的:采用前肩峰成形术治疗38例肩部撞击征。方法:切除肩峰前下部及喙肩韧带,扩大肩峰下间隙,并在间隙内注入2%几丁糖。结果:38例全部治愈,肩关节活动恢复正常。结论:前肩峰成形术既能有效地消除撞击因素,又可避免全肩峰或外侧肩峰切除术后的并发症;几丁糖能有效地防止术后肩峰下组织再粘连。

Objective: To report anterior acromion plasty for the treatment of impingement syndrome of the shoulder in 38 cases. Methods: The anterior-inferior part of acromion and acromiocoracoid ligament were excised. The subacromial spatium was then filled with 2% chitosan. Results: All the patients were cured. The movement of their shoulders restored to normal. Conclusions: Anterior acromion plasty can not only eliminate the impingement factors, but avoid the complications resulted from total or lateral acromionectomy. Chitosan can effectively prevent postoperative adhesion of the suhacromial tissue.
