摘要
阐述了随着分工的细化,许多房地产行业方面的管理咨询顾问公司相继诞生,这些公司为开发商提供专业的资讯管理、物业管理、销售推广等服务,并主要从薪酬水平、从业者基本特征、从业者的培训、职业发展、及激励机制方面对置业顾问作以分析,提出提升置业顾问的从业者素质的对策。
With the careful division of work,many management consulting companies in the estate industry have emerged one after another.These companies give professional services to developers,such as information management,property management,sales promotion and so on.This paper mainly analyses property consultant from the pay level,the basic characteristics of practitioners,the training of practitioners,career development,and incentive mechanisms,and raises the countermeasure to improve the quality of property consultant practitioners.
