摘要
对一起炼油污水处理场遭受污油冲击引发超标排放的事故原因进行了分析,提出了相应的对策以及现有条件下的应急操作预案。
This paper analyzes the accident to cause discharge beyond standards, which the waste oil goes into refinery sewage treating unit. Some counter-measures and emergency plan based on the current condition are offered.
