介绍了基于风险决策的主要内容,如风险的表述、风险标准、量化风险评价(QRA)的实施、风险ALARP准则以及基于风险的成本收益决策分析(CBA)等,以两个实例说明了基于风险的成本收益决策分析的过程。
This paper introduces the main contents of risk-based decision, such as risk definition, risk criterion, implementation of quantitative risk assessment, ALARP and cost benefit analysis. Two examples are used to demonstrate the process of risk-based cost benefit decision analysis.
