"民工荒"与"就业难"是当今社会的两大焦点。"民工荒"和"就业难"均为结构性失业的表现,是由社会转型、用工及择业观念、教育体制等一系列原因造成的,我们无法回避它的存在。只有改革我国的教育体制、加强城乡劳动力市场一体化、转变企业和个人观念、调整产业结构才能缓解我国结构性失业,促进我国国民经济持续健康地发展。

Today, Shortage of Migrant Workers and Difficulty of Obtaining Employment are two focal points in our society. It lies in structural unemployment. This result is caused by a series of factors, such as social reform, labor employment, the ideas of professional choice , the educational system and so on. We cannot avoid it except adopting a series of counter measures such as reforming educational system, strengthening the combination of labor market between cities and countryside, transforming the ideas of enterprises and individuals, and adjusting the industrial structure. Only in this way, can we abate structural unemployment of our country so as to promote continuous and healthy development of national economy.
