语素“儿”的性质之我见

On the Nature of the Morpheme Er

对于在北京话以及广大北方方言中存在的儿化音节中的"儿"的性质一直存在着争论。大多数学者认为"儿"作为词缀的语素,也有人否认"儿"的语素身份,理由是儿化音节中的"儿"不够一个音节。本文将从词缀和语素的定义出发,指出对于语素的理解不应该狭隘,重点讨论了"儿"作为语素的几种不同的情况。

There has been controversy over the nature of the Morpheme er in the Beijing dialect and in the northern dialects. Most scholars regard er as the affix while tubers deny its morpheme status on the grounds that er cannot be identified as an independent syllable in er-suffix syllable. This paper holds that the understanding of er morpheme should not be incom prehensive and expounds on different application of er as morphemes based on the definition of affix and morpheme.
