摘要
采用循环伏安法,研究了不同浓度硫酸对苯胺在铂电极上电化学聚合的影响,初步探讨了聚合机理.结果表明:用循环伏安法合成聚苯胺(PAN)时,控制电位在-0.260~0.860V(VSSCE)之间,扫描速率为100mV·s^-1,苯胺浓度为0.20mol-L^-1,随着硫酸浓度升高,苯胺的聚合反应速率加快,PAN的电化学活性增强;循环伏安曲线对称性比较好,硫酸和苯胺组成的电解液具有优良的氧化还原可逆性.
The effect of different concentrations of sulphuric acid on electropolymerization of aniline by cyclic vohammetry and the electropolymerizing mechanism are studied. The results show that the electrochemical reaction rate and the electrochemical activity of PAN would increase respectively when using cyclic vohammetry to synthesis PAN, controlled potential between -0. 260 -0. 860 V( vs SCE) , scanning rate at 100 mV · s^-1 and concentration by 0.20 mol · s^-1 with sulphuric acid concentration increasing. Because the symmetry of the cyclic vohammograms of PAN is good, the electrolyte which is compounded with sulphuric acid and aniline has fine redox reversibility.
