摘要
研究了利用活性大单体甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(PA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)制备聚羧酸盐高效减水剂的合成工艺.通过对反应物料的配比、反应温度、反应时间及搅拌速度等实验条件的研究,确定了最佳合成工艺条件为n(MAA):n(MAS):n(PA):2.50:0.75:(0.75~1.00),过硫酸铵质量分数为1%、反应温度为90℃、反应时间为4—5h、搅拌速度为280—350r/min.对合成的产品和市售产品进行性能比较测试,表明合成产品的性能优于市售产品.
Synthesis of poly-carboxylic acid water reducer using active macromonomer methoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate (PA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and sodium methyl acryl sulfonate (MAS) was discussed. Experiment conditions of reactant proportion, reaction temperature, reaction time and stirring speed were studied, and the best conditions of synthesis were determined : n (MAA) : n (MAS) : n (PA) = 2.50 : 0.75 : 0.75 - 1.00, proper ammonium persulfate dosage is 1% weight, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time (4 -5) h, stirring speed (280 -350) r/min. From the test of the concete properties, the product is better than the advanced standard in market.
