摘要
针对流程工业生产过程中多种异构数据库之间存在不能有效共享和不一致性的缺陷,利用通用的接口技术将多种异构数据库的数据进行了整合.同时将软测量软件嵌入数据整合系统,可以借助经过整合的历史生产数据,对难以直接测量的化验分析数据进行在线实时的软测量,测量结果同步存储于数据库中,形成了一个功能较为完善的数据整合平台.研究成果已成功应用于某大型石化企业,平台的可靠性、稳定性和软测量结果的准确性达到了工业应用的要求,表明了这项研究的价值和应用前景.
Aimed at the share inefficiency and inconsistency among variety heterogeneous databases in process industry, with universal interface technology integrated data from variety of heterogeneous databases were obtained, and the soft sensor was embedded in the integrated data system. By the integrated process data stored in the database, it could measure and analyse the data which were difficult to measure on-line directly, and the results were stored into the database simultaneously, thus formed a perfect data integration platform that has been successfully applied to a large-scale petrochemical enterprise. The results showed the reliability, stability and the veracity of the soft sensor to meet the requirement of industrial applications, and indicated its academic value and prospect of application.
