Four emphases of administrative supervision of present China

紧紧围绕党的十七大主题充分履行行政监察职能,一要加强监督检查,为推动科学发展提供政治保障;二要抓好纠风治乱,促进社会和谐,解决民生问题,维护群众利益和民主权利;三要注重预防腐败,形成预防腐败的文化氛围,创新和完善体制、机制、制度,保持对腐败分子的高压态势;四要运用监察手段,强化行政问责,建设法治、高效、责任政府。

Administrative supervision should act on the theme of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party to perform the following duty ： 1 ） to reinforce supervision and inspection to politically guarantee scientific progress; 2） to rectify social order and morale to promote social harmony and safeguard people＇s interest; 3） to guard against corruption to innovate institutions, mechanism and system; 4） to strengthen administrative responsibility by means of supervision to establish a government of legality and efficiency.
