论孙中山建国大纲的经济思想

Sun Yat-sen's thought on economy in his Program for Construction of the Republic

在20世纪20年代,孙中山亲自主持起草了《国民政府建国大纲》,其中蕴含着丰富的经济思想,主要包括以市场化的土地制度改革为重中之先、地方政府用地方公产为本地公众服务、中央政府协助地方政府进行工商建设、中央政府的财力要有保证地取之于地方政府,以及奉行大县小省的建设思想,等等。孙中山建国大纲的经济思想,对于21世纪中国的市场经济建设仍具有一定的借鉴作用。

＂Program for the Construction of National Government＂ which was drafted by Sun Yat-sen In 1920s, included thought of economy mainly expressed in the following respects： 1 ） giving priority to the reform of the market-driven land system, 2） local public property to be used to serve the local people, 3 ） Central government＇ help with the local government to have industrial and commercial construction, 4） financial resources of the Central government to be ensured by local governments, 5） the idea of large county and small province in construction. Those ideas of economic construction are still of referential significance to the present market-driven economic construction.
