摘要
文章试图从解释学角度阐述韩非《解老》、《喻老》解读《老子》所带有的法家立场以及由此引发的法家解释,指出韩非的解释实际是借"无为"之名,发挥"无不为"之术,其解读特点是"以刑名为道德"、具有指实倾向,并阐述其启示,即本文与解释的关系。
This paper analyzes Han Fei's legalist interpretation about Lao Zi in his Jie Lao and Yu Lao. It is pointed out that Han Fei meant to advocate the idea of Dong-all in the name of Dong-nothing, and the feature of his interpretation is having practical reference and viewing criminal law as social morality.
