摘要
应用密实堆积模型、Powers模型、CaO-SiO2-HsO系统三元相图分析分别对混合材效应与活性混合材掺量的关系进行了理论分析.指出活性混合材掺量受混合材颗粒与水泥颗粒的平均粒径比、水固比、超塑化剂的质量、水泥的水化程度、水泥的化学组成、混合材的品质和粒径等多种因素的影响。一般情况下,理论计算值的范围是15%~30%,而实际情况总是低于这个范围,这主要是因为减水剂的减水效果不佳和在常温养护下水泥的水化程度较低。
The Relationship between active addition effect and addition amount in concrete is studied byapplving of model comped packing, T. C. Powers model and ternary system phase diagram for CaO-SiO2-H2O. The results shows that amount of active addition for concrete is influenced by ratio of averagediameter of addition particle to average diameter of cement, ratio of water to binder, quality ofsuperplasticizer, degree of hydration reaction, chemistry constituent of cement, quality and particle size ofaddition.In. general, limits of theory calculation values for addition amount is from 15 % to 30 %. Whilepractical addition amount is always lower than the limits, because reducing water ratio of reducing admixtureand degree of cement hydration in practical use are lower.
