摘要
对中小房型住宅设计的特点进行了分析,从设计原则、楼面布置、功能配比、灵活分割等方面作了研究,并提出了相关建议,为中小房型的设计提供了一些可行的新思路。
It analyzes some features of small and middle-sized houses＇ design, researches the designing principle, floor layout, functional ratio, flexible division, and brings forward relative advice. It offers some feasible new thoughts for small and middle-sized houses＇ design optimization.
