用TTC-脱氢酶活性测定法筛选焦化废水优势菌 被引量:6

The application of method for measurement of TTC-dehydrogenase activity in dominant bacteria screening of coal coking waste water

摘要 焦化废水是一种含有多种污染物的难降解废水,本试验通过测定焦化废水处理厂中不同菌株的TTC-脱氢酶活性,从中筛选优势菌种,进一步试验证明优势菌使COD去除率最多可提高22.6%。 Coal coking waste water is hard to be degraded with ninny pollutants. In this paper based upon measurement of the TTC-dehydrogenase activities of various bacteria in coal coking waste water dominant bacteria screening is make. Further experiment show dominant bacteria can make the removal ratio of COD reach 22.6 % at most.
