摘要
针对当前施工合同编制的重要性,分析了编制施工合同应注意的问题,详细地阐述了施工合同的编制,提出了施工合同风险的防范与控制措施,以充分发挥施工合同在项目施工管理中的作用。
According to the importance of the preparation of construction contract at present questions deserving attention in compilation process are analyzed, at the same time practical risk prevention and control measures are proposed, in order to make full use of construction contract in project construction management.
