摘要
通过对REITs的发展和优势的分析,指出REITs是一种功能强大的金融工具,且具有其他金融工具无法比拟的先天性优势,并探讨了在我国推行REITs对我国房地产业的必要性,其推行对房地产业各方主体都具有重要意义。
Through analysis of the development and advantages of real estate investment trusts author points out REITs is one financial instru- ment with strong functions and congenital advantages superior to other financial instruments. The necessity to carry out real estate investment trusts in our country is discussed, which is significant to very parts in real estate industry.
