高职院校培养企业适用型人才刍议

A Study of Training Market-oriented Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

"十一五"期间高职院校如何适应市场需求为企业培养适用型人才,笔者认为关键在于高职院校要真正了解企业对技能型人才的素质要求,改革传统的人才培养模式,深化教学改革,注重学以致用,强化校企合作,注重职业道德教育和职业技能训练,从而培养受企业欢迎的高技能人才。

The paper is concerned with the market - oriented talents training in vocational colleges. The author holds that vocational colleges should fully understand the comprehensive qualities of skill - oriented talents required by businesses ; reform the traditional patterns of talent cultivation and instruction; attach importance to study for the purpose of application; strengthen the cooperation between colleges and businesses; focus on education of professional ethics and training of professional skills, so that the goal of cultivation of qualified skillful workers for businesses could be achieved.
