摘要
将传统SBR的曝气和沉淀过程在时间上进行分段,在不同段数厌氧/好氧/缺氧状态下的交替运行条件下,考察了分段式SBR工艺的运行情况并与传统SBR进行了对比研究。通过设计正交试验确定了传统SBR、二段式和三段式SBR最佳运行参数。结果表明:三段式SBR对COD、NH3-N、总磷的去除率可以达到97.33%、96.63%、99.76%,二段式SBR对COD、NH3-N、总磷的去除率可以达到96.98%、93.45%、98.63%,传统SBR对COD、NH3-N、总磷的去除率可以达到95.87%、88.47%、98.15%,由此可见分段式SBR较传统SBR对有机物、NH3-N和总磷有较好的去除效果。
aeration and sedimentation process of conventional SBR were divided into several stages in time ,and in the conditions of different stages of alternating anaerobic/oxic/anoxic, the research on the operation of the staged SBR and the comparison of staged SBR and convientional SBR was done. The optimum processed conditions of the conventional SBR, two-stage,three-stage SBR were achieved by designing orthogonal experiments .The results showed that the removal rate of COD,NH3-N,total phosphor with 97.33%,96.63% ,99.76% were obtained by using three-stage SBR, the removal rate of COD,NHs-N,total phosphor with 96.98% ,93.45% ,98.63% were obtained by using two-stage SBR, the removal rate of COD,NHs-N,total phosphor with 95.87%,88.47%,98.15% were obtained by using conventional SBR ,so it can be seen that the staged SBR has better removal rate of organisms,nitrogen and total phosphor than conventional SBR' s.
