摘要 钙离子是细胞内的一种重要的信号分子,采用各种荧光染料进行胞内钙离子浓度和分布检测对了解细胞生理活动具有重要意义。Fura-2是一种被用来测定胞内钙离子浓度的第二代紫外激发的双波长Ca2+荧光指示剂,结合比例荧光成像系统可以有效地检测胞内钙离子浓度和分布.本文介绍了Fura-2的基本化学性质、导入细胞的方式,以及采用比率荧光成像系统检测胞内钙离子浓度的优缺点及其对策. Calcium is an important signal molecular. Fura-2 has been widely used to measure the density of Ca^2+ in the cells. The characteristic, structures, principles of detecting, as well as the shortcoming and the strategies to deal with it have been introduced in this review.
