摘要
介绍了串行EEPROM芯片X84041在单片机监控和测控系统中,解决重要参数的长期可靠保存,而装定的值又需要能较方便改变的编程方法.通过对芯片的性能、特点和工作原理的研究,设计了实用的接口电路,并对电路进行了简要的叙述,给出实用的硬件接口电路和软件程序.实验证明,这种电路消除了对专用口引脚、并行至串行转换器的需求,降低了系统成本,具有良好的效果.
This article introduced a serial EEPROM chip X84041 in the SCM with supervisory and measure control system, solved the long-term dependable conservancy of important parameter, but encapsulation of value needs a programming method of being altered more conveniently. Based on the research into the char- acteristics and work principle of the chip, a interface electric circuit practically is designed, and the electric circuit is briefly described, finally giving an interface electric circuit and program for hardware. The experi- ment proved that the kind of electric circuit removed the need of pin and converter from the serial to the parallel, having lowered its cost and excellent performance.
