摘要
运用菲德模型对陕西教育投资外溢效益进行测定,结果表明,陕西教育投资弹性为18.51;教育投资外溢效益为1.791.
The outflow profit from educational investment in Shaanxi was measured by applying the Feder model. The result showed that the educational investment elasticity in Shaanxi was 18.51 and its overflow profit was 1. 791.
