摘要
通过分析国有建筑施工企业劳动关系现状,结合我国国情、历史等诸多因素产生的影响,提出构建和谐的国有建筑施工企业劳动关系的几点建议。
Through analyzing the current situation of labor relations in state-owned construction enterprises and the influence of factors such as our national conditions, history on it, some advice on constructing harmonious labor relations in state-owned construction enterprises is proposed.
