摘要
建设部等九部门联合发布的《廉租住房保障办法》正式开始实施,这为我国保障性住房的发展与建设奠定了坚实的法律基础,它将大大促进我国廉租住房和经济适用住房的开发与建设。本文作者经过认真分析和比较研究,就如何有效推进我国廉租住房建设,从构建保障性住房的合理运作机制、发展廉租住房的制度保障与资金来源等方面进行了探讨。
"The Safeguard Regulations of Low-price Lease" issued by Ministry of Construction and others agencies establishes the firm legal foundation and favorable policy environment for national indemnification accommodation, and will promote the exploitation and building of low-price and economical houses. The authors of this article expound and discuss the policy guidance, funds resources, operational mechanism and developing measures of low-price houses after careful analysis and comparison. What they found may offer reference for government, corporations, and academicians.
