Necessity of Participatory Democracy Management in Enterprise

企业中引入参与型民主管理已逐步成为企业发展的客观需要。文章首先从三个方面分析了企业引入参与型民主管理的必要性,然后从基本主体、基本条件、基本方式等方面阐述了企业中参与型民主管理的基本内容,并在此基础上指出:企业构建参与型民主管理必须从企业权力的改造、企业社会的重构两大方面着手。

Introducing participatory democracy management has become the necessity of enterprise development, The article analyzes the necessities of participatory democracy management in enterprise from three aspects, and then it expounds the participatory democracy management from fundamental bodies, conditions, and approaches. Finally, it points out that enterprises must build the participatory democracy management from two aspects ： the reform of enterprise authority and reconstruction of enterprise society.
