摘要
PKC-δ是PKC家族的一种亚型。其激活和转位机制可能与其不同的活化因子或底物和不同位点的氨基酸残基磷酸化有关。目前较多的研究发现,PKC-δ通过线粒体和细胞核途径促进细胞凋亡,其缺乏与肿瘤形成及耐药有关。但同时也有研究证实,几种类型肿瘤细胞的PKC-δ具有抗凋亡作用,并与肿瘤浸润和转移相关。
Protein kinase C-δ (PKC-δ) is an isoform of PKC family. The mechanisms of its activation and translocation may be associated with the difference of the activation factors or its targets, and the amino acid residues of different phosphorylation site. At present, many researches have demonstrated that PKC-δ promotes apoptosis through mitochondria and nuclear, deficiency of PKC-δ contributes to tumorgenesis and tumor multidrug resistance. But in several types of tumor cells the antiapoptosis of PKC-δ is shown, and it is also associated with invasiveness and metastasis of tumor.
