摘要
通过改良碘比色法,建立了一种莲子直链淀粉快速、准确、简便的测定方法。结果表明,莲子直链淀粉测定的最佳吸收波长为630nm,直链淀粉的标准工作曲线为Y=0.471x-0.017,R=0.999。经实验验证,该改良比色法具有较高的准确性。
A rapid, accurate and convenient method of determining amylose content of lotus-seed was established by improving iodine colorimetry. The results showed that optimal absorbing wavelength of lotus-seed amylose was 630 nm and standard calibration curve was y=0.471x-0.017, R=0.999, and the method was high accuracy by experiment proving.
